Alternative Learning System teaching materials accessible anywhere, anytime.

This ALS mobile application digitizes ALS teaching materials that can be accessed by educators anywhere, anytime, online or offline from your mobile devices. In partnership with the Department of Education’s Bureau of Alternative Learning System (DepEd BALS), Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) developed this app in line with its efforts to promote mEducation in the country, or the use of mobile technologies to enable learning, especially for students that do not have access to formal classroom learning.
