I'm not a big fan of accelerometer (tilt) controls, but in the early days people kept saying "this should have tilt controls!" for every app. So I repackaged the (now ancient) Tunnel Runner sample project from Unity and have been updating it since.

Built with the Tunnel Runner project, Unity game engine and UnityAds from Unity Technologies, Holo GUI from Evil System Designs, Modular Space Raider from MuHa games and music from AudioDraft Music Pack #3 and McFunkyPants.
